Michelle grew up in Stow and now lives in Lancaster with her husband. She graduated from UMASS Amherst, where she earned a Bachelor in Finance. She worked for Denise Cataldo CPA from 1998 through 2016. In 2017 the tax and accounting portion of Denise Cataldo’s business was transferred to the newly formed corporation of Innovative Tax & Accounting Solutions Inc (ITAS). Michelle and Timothy Calder are the principal partners of ITAS. Michelle is an enrolled agent, a notary public, and is an associate member of the Massachusetts Society for CPA’s. She specializes in the setup/installation/training of Quickbooks software including other accounting software packages.
Tim grew up in Shrewsbury and now resides in Worcester. He is a 2006 graduate of Bridgewater State University, where he earned a Bachelor in Accounting. Before opening Innovative Tax & Accounting Solutions, Inc. (ITAS) with his partners in 2017, he worked for two years in public accounting specializing in bookkeeping for manufacturers throughout New England and then spent the next seven years performing a various range of public accounting services or individual and small business clients in the greater Marlborough area. He is now a partner with ITAS, has obtained his enrolled agent license, earning the privilege of representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service, and is an associate member of the Massachusetts
Lisa is married and mother of three. She lives in Berlin, Mass. Lisa provides administrative and bookkeeping support. She enjoys reading and gardening.
